Returns & Exchanges

At Pom Pom, we want you to love every piece you wear, but if something isn't quite right, we offer easy returns within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unworn condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging and include the packing slip to ensure faster processing by our team.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Leave your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will notify you once your refund has been processed.
